Yes I get it why they may not want to divulge all the info about their product, but understand that one deserves enough information to make a well informed purchase, especially at that price point. Many companies won’t make a purchase with lack of details on the product so they can gauge the expected performance of the product. I am sure as touchkit matures, (which it seems to be with the latest email from them), things will improve.

Yeah the English language isn’t clear all the time. When I said ‘you’ I really meant a non descript, non specific, hypothetical reader, who may start trashing a company for rudeness or lack of customer service skills or for having a bad product without having done business with them. Just based on reading a few random posts on NUI. 

I was aware that you - flyte - wasn’t the originator of the ‘scam’ comment.

I really like the idea of NUI promoting open source multi-touch, and even closed solutions should be discussed positively. At this point all progress in the MT world should be applauded. And if something is still new and developing, given some benefit of the doubt.

However if my own comment offends, then I suck as well, sorry.

I’ll build you one for that price that has a projector AND custom software included.

Yep big hugs all round for every ones efforts! Honest no sarcasm! I was just trying to see if anyone else had an experiance with touchkit.  It looks like there doing good things.  Especially that screen, i love the simple lines.
