Luminus and TI annouced PhlatLight projectors at InfoComm that address the resolution and brightness of current LED projectors.  Also check out the pico projector below.

Here are some more pics of the Optoma prototype that is scheduled for release in late 2008 for Europe and Asia.  The rest of the world has to wait until 2009.

As I see, the Optoma is not Laser based… it has a focus adjustment and says DLP.

Anyway, both units looks really good smile
