Hi Guys

I try to build my own FTIR Touchtable and have no Plan what i do wrong :=(

This is my 8mm Acrylic and polished Screen :

Here you can see the wooden boarder with the 880nm IR LEDs within:

Here The Pictures of my Phillips SPC9000NC with Bandpass and without:

As you can see there are absolutly no Spots and i have no idea whats worng ?

you see on the last pic no ir light from the leds and on the third pic just some bright points...maybe they are to weak and try to get them in an 45° angle to the acrylic and i think an aluminium border would be better then wood!

I have changed the orginal objektiv with the IR Filter by another (i hope without IR Filter)

Hm but it doesn`t look promising :/ maybe you have to look inside if there is still an IR Filter!

Those LED’s are definitely not showing up bright enough with the camera.  It seems that the LED’s are either too weak or the camera still has a filter in place.

The LEDs are Highpower with 100mA Current each :=)

I have found a IR filter in the second objective but could break it out

And tata there are the spots :=)

I have to push my fingers strong to the screen to get that clear spots, but ther ist no compliant surface on it.
