Never heard off MAX/MSP but the gui does looks similar to vvvv

I find Max/MSP + jitter really great for quick prototyping, it uses c-objects but everything works visually, and which is really great: LIVE editting! It is like vvvv but easier imho… but i’m more used to max/msp so… And a great plus is that it is almost completely cross platform -well, windows and mac-. Downside it’s pretty pricy, Pure Data is the free alternative with lots of similar objects and available on linux, mac and windows.
