That is interesting.  Quite an original approuch.

Althought i’m sure similar results could be made using rear illumination and a diffuser for not much more money.  The IR method allows for projected images which i dont think would be possible using that method.  I guess its a good way to test out multitouch without hacking a webcam.

Of course its not really 2 dollar i think since the cam is a more expansive i’d say, but still nice

just hope you do not pop it but that is pretty cool it would be 2 dollars because most people have a web cam lying around in there house

I think he is assuming that you already have a web-camera.  The laptop isn’t 2 dollars, but he is assuming you already have a computer
