I just did a simple diagram of what I mean, Basicly say your box is flat on a 90 degree angle, this is a rough idea but using the things on the sides of the box you can change the angle of the box by tilting it up or down and the “gear” type thing on each side of the box will lock.

I know that it couldn’t sit flat on the “base” because it would scratch against the base. But if it was elivated a bit you could tilt the box on different angles.

Haha, your insistance on people activly looking at this forum is asking a lot tongue laugh I do my best to read everything on here, but we all have lives too, so have some patience smile

As for your design about...you want to make your box tiltable so that you can angle the surface to be touched?  As if you were sticking wedges under one side, to give a more straight on viewing angle...Im assuming so that you dont have to be entirely over the image to see it better....

This may be feasible for an LCD setup, but a projector’s image doesnt neccessarily need it as the image can be see quite well at a wider angle.

No but sometimes it might just be more comfortable if you tilt it a few degrees.

someone here has made an elegant tilting MT table with projection (not LCD)
look for the thread

BTW your drawing wouldnt work because the bottom of the box would bump into your bottom wheel frame.
for a box to be tiltable, you’ll have to plan carefully… also WEIGHT could be an issue if you use nice / heavy wood

if this is your first MT project, I would suggest you consider a fixed setup…
A simpler design could be a flat table BUT design some sort of legs that open up so you can raise one side of the table, resulting in a similar angled design, without as much headache as this freely rotating one.

I actually considered making one myself, with some crazy hydraulics (!) to raise and rotate the table ... LOL ... possible and cool, but not for my first MT project wink ... I scaled back my plans

GOOD LUCK! I hope this helps
