hey and good evening!
i’m currently working on my rosco-compliant surface and the blob-brightnes is alright using tinkermans roll-on-technique.
however i find the rosco not so nice to touch and drag. so i thought about adding a layer of teflon or something similar.
teflon-spray didn’t work (made it even rougher *confused*), any other ideas or experiences?

cheers

well if anyone is intrested: adding teflon works nicely but only if you apply it BEFORE you coat the shiny side with silicone (roll-on-technique).
too bad i just found out and used all my rosco already.

*edit* : nope scratch that. after taking off the silicone layer the surface is nice to touch just as it should be.

Which teflon product did you use… was it a spray? if so can you share the manufacturer name, and where you purchased it from.

Does the teflon spray block IR once its dried?  I’m wondering whether I could spray it onto a sheet of velum directly, instead of using rosco ontop of vellum.  What about the projected image quality when using teflon?
