Where to get lenses for Firefly MV

I got mine from B&H. Regular CS-mount lens for 1/3-inch CCD.

Thorlabs.

They’re a bit on the expensive side, but of very high quality.

The only problem is that the filter and lenses are not made to attach to each other. So you’ll have to find a way to bond them together. Sticky tape is the easiest method, but you can get creative and came up with a better approach.

In addition, I’ve heard wide angle lenses could cause problems with these filters.

Hi,

You can just put the filter between the lens and the sensor (cut to the right size). no need to glue/tape it it will stand in place just like that !
(it works perfectly on my Fireflies MV !

Use Kodak Wratten 87 filter (found in photo stores)
