Hi here i am using some simple flash apps then using mt4j on xp based pc but now am switching over to 7 so can do native mt.i will make a better video which will show inside and how we made the internals inclucing ir rails cameras and projectors setup.
The calibration was set a bit sensitive so was picking up hover. Next we will work on anti lasing the 2 projectors to get edge blending.
any comments or suggestions on what we should do next please let me know.
We are now working on a football game and a kinda squash the bugs/icons game plus some other stuff

@Rogiermars
What we did was put 2 short throw projectors on alluminim plates which have shock proof foam on them and mirrors on adjusable brackets, cameras ane backed with foam in custom housing (2 ps3) then ir ribbon is put around the inside. On the arcylic we use a diffusier to project onto. Its takena lot of testing with various different approaches but now works very well just need to re do a video with better allignment on the tracking and claibration as we did this in a bit of a rush.
Specs are
PC Windows
Nvidia 9500gt
2 ps3 with spacecom Lens’s
2x benq short throw projectors
1 5mt ribbon of SMD ir lights.

The lens’s were Sirius with manual iris 1/3” aspherical lens DayNight CS 3-8mm f0.95
The lens’s were similar to the phoenix but will check again in the morning as the models i have are bit old and dont have a name but soon conna change to theia lens to get a wider angle with no barrel distortion.

the diffusier we used is just a local thing used on buildings to diffuse light… so manilay stops ir entering the window of high rise offices(gives good refection and passes a small amout just enough to see touch) it gives an opace finish to windows but only cost about $100 for 3 pieces 3mt x1mt total and works well also applying is easy we just wet the glass or acrylic then peel the sticky layer off the filter and wet that apply and move to be neat fit then squuge out any air bubbles all sorted leave to dry and to take off very easy bit of acitone removes all glue within 10 mins if it gets damaged
