Is it possible to save images in PyMT?

We have a simple drawing app on existing pictures. Now we want to save the picture with the drawing on it. Is this possible? and is it possible to save it on a other filename?

check nuipaint , a GSoC 2009 project, it’s been implemented there, may be you can use some code from there .

Naah , just ill , advised to bedrest for atleast a month (next 10 days minimum) ! Also learning some stuffs myself ! Check GSoC 11 proposed ideas on CCV , some great ideas in there ! Got a lot of plans for CCV too !
