Does anyone know if it is normal for the “Endlighten” Acrylic to reflect back down the projected image. It seems this affects the blobs seen on CCV?

For DSI setup is the Rear projection Acrylic suppose to be touching the “Endlighten” Acrylic?

Will the resist impact acrylic affect my blobs? The reason I ask is because I am having some trouble getting good blobs when I put the Rear projection Acrylic. Not sure if adding the resist impact acrylic will affect my blobs.

Your problem is that you’re using a rear projection sheet that is blocking a lot of the IR that goes to your camera. You should look for a better sheet. In my opinion, any rear projection film that allows IR transmission above the 85% mark is what you must look for.
