My camera is a Xbox Live Vision 360 (USB) running at 320x240 @60fps, and my PC is an AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual Core 3600+ with 2GHz RAM, Nvidia GeForce 7600gt Graphics Card. Sharp PG-M15S projector, Frosted Glass as diffuser/projection/surface. The CPU plays a big role, but also the sensitivity of the camera helps. Just adding/removing some of the exposed negatives changed the sensitivity dramatically. Also when I was testing the screen, I used baking paper as a projection screen/diffuser under the glass sheet with ok results. Now that I have frosted glass, the response is much better.
