Good evening Fairlane, according to my iPhone it is 5.10 if you are in Sydney or 3.10 in Perth!
I am using your appLoader.as file. Is it perhaps the code for the app itself that needs to be adapted? I am using Photo.fla and calling the local.as class instead of Flickr.as.
I’m in Melbourne, so yeah it was 5:10 when your post appeared. I’ll check it out, might have to update my SVN and try
I know that there are differences/changes in the events code since I last updated, so maybe there’s something I’m overlooking, but it’s hard to test as everything is working on my end.
hey gordee if you are interested in the loader app, i suggest you download tortise svn and browse the revision history of the SVN and download the source that Fairlane has and compile it your self. i’ll work then.
Hey Firec, Thanks for the comments. The Wong game is made by Cerupcat, and I was lucky enough to try a pre-release version. He will be releasing a version soon that is ready for the public.
Your best bet is to ask him, as it is his software.
Hey Taha, just normal mirrors at this stage. First surface mirrors will need to be used ultimately though. I think I’ll change them when the final box design is complete.
I saw blog and it shows that you webcam placed above the 1st mirror and facing the second mirror. By this setup I’m assuming that the IR light reflects of the surface of the mirror, are all mirrors like this or is your mirror a specific type that allows for the reflection of IR light?
Ohh yeah it completely slipped my mind you’re doing a DI setup… im doing a FTIR setup, thats why i needed to know if IR could reflect off mirrors. looks like its time for some tests… unless someone knowledge of the answer.
Yeah, for FTIR to work, IR must be beamed directly into the acrylic so that the scattered light can travel through the acrylic and you can ‘frustrate’ it with your finger etc.... Any form of reflecting the light off mirrors will need to be treated as DI or other.
