would the MTmini work better with a light source in the box making lighting in the room not a issue?

InvalidxDessert, yeah it would work better. This forum is dedicated to making full multitouch tables. You might enjoy looking around and see what others have done to go beyond the MTmini

WOW.  You guys are amazing, thanks so much for all the work you’ve done.

I never would have thought that it would be so easy to DIY a multi touch pad.

Based on your instructions I built mine at a cost of $18 and about 25 minutes of work.

And I got all the software working pretty quickly.

My only issue is that during configuration my rectify shows blobs that can access 100% of the area, however when I run either the smoke demo or any of the flash demo apps I can only access the about 66% of the top left of the app.  Any suggestions?

Edit: after sleeping on it and trying it again this morning I randomly tried setting Output Size on the Property Sheet for Server to 640x480 instead of 320x240. and now my blobs cover the full screen on the flash demos.  I guess I was assuming this setting needed to equal the resolution of my webcam which maxes out at 320x240.

hello, must say first nice tutorials and setup’s. i have a simple problem im currently trying to trubble shoot and i think it has to do with the blur and noise. i got everything working and looking like its suppose to but when i try and move the mouse around it messes up from the shadows of my hand. i even tryed having my finger stright down with nothing else touching....

im sorry if this has already been answered i skimmed through all the posts and replies...so if i did miss it im sorry.
