Tonius notified me of the options of Smoke (provided with Touchlib), of which I was unaware. I’ve never read anything about it before, so I figured more people didnt either.

anybody knows any more keys to change smokedemos behaviour? so far i found: c,v,w,f (and q for quit)

It seems that you can do different smoke behaviours with this application.

and ‘c’ turns of the buggy dots

If you could read c++/sourcecode you would have found this:

case 'w': wireframe = 1 - wireframe; break;
case 'v': drawvelocities = 1 - drawvelocities; break;
case 'c': drawfingers = 1 - drawfingers; break;
case 'q': exit(1); break;
case 'b': screen->setParameter("background4", "capture", ""); break;  // fixme: this is hackish and failure prone
case 'f': glutFullScreen(); break;

w = wireframe mode
v = velocities
c = fingers
q = quit
b = ?
f = fullscreen
