Hey guys,

After reading about how easy it is to build an MTmini and play with it, I built one and successfully tested it on a friend’s laptop. I then reinstalled XP on an older computer (AMD X2 4200+, 2GB RAM, GeForce 7600GT) to play around with and work with a more dedicated computer. I could successfully start the “Configure” or smoke demo apps on my friend’s laptop, but on the computer I set up, it doesn’t work. I double click the .bat file, a cmd window briefly appears, then disappears. I’ve updated drivers and read the documentation, neither of which helped. Is there something I still need to install? .NET or a new Java VM?

I know it sounds silly, but try deleting everything and download TouchLib one more time.
It worked for me once. ( :

well the demo apps don’t require JVM runtime but never the less try installing .Net 2.0 and make sure you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c

There is no harm in having them installed. try and see if they work now
