how is it going with learning AS3? I’m about to embark on the programming part of MT and thought of beginning with Python and AS3. Thanks Justin and others for the links and materials, i’ll get started right away.

Is it necessary to learn flash to make my own MT application.... or is it enough if i learn only the AS3 i.e the coding part....

pls advice

Learning AS3 is the main part.  What you use to build it (Flash CS4, Flex Builder, Flashdevlop) is up to you.
