The Open-Table multitouch framework has been renamed JetMesa. They also have a new domain name of http://www.jetmesa.com.  Their new website is available, but there currently is no content. The framework is being changed to reflect the change in name (packages) so it doesn’t appear to be available for download at the moment, but I am sure it will be ready when the new site is finished.
