My webcam works fine, but when I put on the lens the photo negatives, the image starts to be very slow, why is that and how can I fix it?
The webcam is a Genius VideoCAM GF112 352x288 30fps.

I think your problem is an automated white balance or exposure setting; try to change the configuration at the camera driver and fix those values where the best results are acheived.
