Hello.

By default, OpenCV doesn’t support YUV420P in V4L2-mode, and this is what the Philips SPC900NC-camera wants.
So, I added the support for it and thought I’d share the patch with you.

Forum won’t allow .patch or even .patch.gz, so here’s a .patch.tgz.
