What is the best camera for a DI setup?

Read around the forums at bit.  Lots of people like the Xbox Live Vision Cam, Sony PS3 Eye, Fire-I and the FireFly MV.  Those are listed in order of Price/Quality.  The FireFly MV is a great camera, but not cheap at $299.

I am more then willing to to test your Multi-Touch programs on Linux, PM me if you have something.  If you’re looking for something faster then AS3 and Easier then C, try Python!

I have a ps3 eye but can’t make it work with touchlib.  computer doesn’t recongize it.

I don’t think there is support for other applications using the camera, just AlexP’s viewer application.  Check AlexP’s thread for more information.
