Hi,
for all of those how needs led strips, i have some for sale.
They are 12inch long and under 3/8 inch wide. with the leds solder it has a hight of less than 1/8 inch.
So they can be hidden in the acvylic.
The leds are 1206 flatlense leds with 100* angel and on each strip are 24 of them. the strips run on 5V and has 2.2 watt each strip.

The price for 2 PCB’s is 20$ + shipping
or 2 pcb’s soldered with leds for 69$ + shipping
