As always really amazing work Daniel… its awesome to see windows 7 running on a cardboard box + open software even before MS publicly showcases 7 on surface.

Thanks Christian smile
The best thing about it is that you can use WPF 3.5 (Windows 7 will be released with .NET 3.5) to use Multitouch. You don’t have to wait for WPF4, or use any frameworks that are build on top of WPF to make it MT capable. You can just use StylusDown/StylusUp/StylusMove events. Each stylus has an Id.
The bad news, this does not work on Vista. You will get only a single StylusDevice. The good news, you get a mouse driver for a cardboard box smile

You can do with it everything that Windows 7 can do. Flicks, gestures, move windows, use virtual keyboard, scroll with inertia, zoom and rotate content. Basicaly Windows 7 thinks that you have a multitouch digitizer like N-Trig.

If only I could get my AME CF-2000 firewire webcam to work correctly with Windows 7 !  It moves at like 4fps in tBeta, and Touchlib doesn’t recognize my webcam at all.

Anyone have any tips?  Has anyone used this with a PS3Eye?

What are the chances of getting a compiled version I can’t afford a copy of VS right now and could not build in express version.

There is no release for Windows 7 driver. You will have to download the latest change set (source code) and compile it yourself.

@Lony: What error have you got in express version?

Ok let me get this straight.
after compiling, loading etc… you need to run multitouch vista and tbeta to get this working on windows 7?
Please explain a little more clearly, better directions would be much appreciated. Thanks for your hard work!

Thanks anyway Daniel but I guess my skill level is not up to the task. I downloaded VS2009 Pro 90 day Trial, Windows SDK and .NET Framework 3.5 with Service Pack 1 but still I get errors (The source control provider.....) just trying to open the .sln in the order as specified in codeplex site. Maybe I should wait till there is a compiled version.
Once again thank you anyway for your efforts.
