Hi, i just set up my own multi-touch table in the FTIR way.

I found there is a virtual keyboard for users to type with their fingers in many videos. I am wondering that it is a program created by themselves or it is a program we can download directly…

So can anybody give me a hint where to find a virtual keyboard?

Thx!!

You can find a lot of media viewer applications on the forum such as simple desktop Application that comes with the source. Or you can use the tuio mouse driver thing and use on-screen keyboard located in the accessories folder in the start menu for windows.

I’d provide you with links but I’m sitting on an airplane using my iPhone.

As the guys have said above, there are many keyboard apps available.
I use Touch-It virtual keyboard or Comfort On Screen Keyboard with the Mouse driver.

You can download them from the links below:

I am more then willing to to test your Multi-Touch programs on Linux, PM me if you have something.  If you’re looking for something faster then AS3 and Easier then C, try Python!
