I look forward to reading about the event afterward. Distance is my factor for not attending, as interested as I am. Newfoundland to California airfare is almost equal to the cost of setting up MT system including the computer and projector ($2400Canadian)!!!!

Wow, I’ve been out of the loop. Is it too late to register at the NUI discounted prices?

When I follow the NUI registration links, they say “You have reached this page using an incorrect address (URL). Please obtain the correct URL or contact the event organizer for this event.”

On the main event site, they only offer the $1,399 conference fee registration option.

Does anyone know of there is any filming going on at the conference.
If it is, would it be uploaded to youtube or vimeo?

I saw some people filming… Jeff Han in particular filmed a lot of it. At least a good portion of Steven and Andy’s talk. I’m pretty sure he filmed Christian too.

Was there a NDA signed or something? I can’t seem to a find a single thing of the IDC on the internet. No pics, no youtube stuff (except 1 clip i think).

There was no NDA signed, it was a public event. I’m quite confident that Jeff recorded the event for Perceptive Pixels internal thinking process purposes. Perhaps later on some things from other people will pop online.

Probably right.. he should share them though!  I loved watching all the presentations—it really gets your thinking cap going!

I was planning on bringing my video gear to IDC if I attended.  In the future, if I attend a similar event and get permission to video tape, I will do so.

I think Han was the only one filming the entire thing, including the event coordinator.
