Hey you guys,

I have been searching online, trying to find a place where i can purchase some Rosco Grey rear projection material.

So far i have had very bad luck in my searches. I was wondering if anyone here know a place where this material can be purchased online, and I’m sure this may also help other people who are searching for the same thing. I could go somewhere local, but I’m sure it will cost much more that if i got it online.

Please let me know!

Thanks!

I dont know if there is anywhere you can get it online.

Rosco only sells through its authorised distributers, and you will probably have to ring rosco up to find someone near to you.  you could ask if any of the distributers are online, but i dont know if they will be able to tell you.

I’ve located a supplier in the US with reasonable prices.

I went on roscos site and asked for the closest.  There was one less then 3 miles away.  They sell a lot of different items… they had to special order it for me… took 3 days or so… 15 bucks plus 3 bucks shipping…

Is this stuff on stage tech the right Rosco Grey screen material? “Rosco 55” Grey Rear Screen (Per Yd) 02105-55”

If so, $14 seems like a pretty good price for a yard.

I had another question about rosco grey.

If you have your set up like.

----------------- <-Fingers
----------------- <-Plex
----------------- <-Rosco Grey
----------------- <-Projected Light

Will it work? I’d rather not get my screen all dirty, and in this case i won’t need a silicone surface. Please let me know if this compares as well as having the rosco on top, silicone under, and plex under that (fingers touch rosco)

Thanks!

Hey guys,
Just FYI, I ordered from Stage Technology as well.  You’ll have to order two yards though as they have a minimum order price.

Danny, I believe that is the setup Jeff Han originally used.

Rosco will send you a sample to test with.  (I’d worry more about scratching the acrylic than scratching the diffuser.  The
