Yes in did, it’s inspired from the Khronos Projector (there’s a quick credits @ the begining of the video).
As i use Unity3D software, i wanted to do some interactive 3D stuff but because of time i found reproduicing the Khronos projector was a good challenge too.
The screen it self is 1m x 1m and illuminate with 4 small IR projector at each corner of the screen.
tBeta do the tracking job and Tuio msg are receive by FLOSC. In Unity3D i wrotte a script with the dotNet library functions to cactch TCP msg from FLOSC.
The result is very sensual to play with.
The next step would be a 4m x 2m screen for video/danse live show with, this time, some realTime 3D where dancers could go into the screen due to the elasticity of the lycra…
