I’m sorry to have to do this, but we’re approaching the limit to file a grievance with PayPal. Wednesday will be 45 days since I made my payment and I’ll not risk that cash. I’ll be happy to resolve the deal if possible, but it’s too risky not to file the claim at this point.

I agree.  I hope it can be resolved and that I receive the endlighten, but it’s necessary to open the dispute.  Thanks for the reminder j.

Josh had the company email both jgerman and I.. eplastics says the material will be shipped by 6/5 (to him i assume) so it seems like all is on the up and up, just delayed by the company.

Yep, I got the email too. Unless something goes wrong I’ll let the complaint to PayPal auto-cancel. I’m glad it was a delay at the company rather than the other way around.

That’s me. I will be going on vacation from the Thursday - Monday so I may not actually get it first, hehe. Are the pieces in the shipment you posted the final cut (into the 3 smaller pieces for me in particular) and polished pieces or does that still need to be done by someone locally?

If they are finished, I could probably stop by sometime after work Wednesday (if that works for you), otherwise sometime the week after?

It’s an awful lot of effort to go through to scam this small amount of money, so I don’t really think that’s the case.

However, this is beyond reasonable. I’ve been patient but I’ll be contacting PayPal tomorrow as well as my credit card company. Enough is enough.

Yeah I don’t particularly think it is a scam either but it is seriously irresponsible. Someone got their piece from Josh by driving over to his house right? Do we have a number for him? Let us know what happens with PayPal please.
