Hi guys,

I just home from the pub to discover that my C drive (Windows 7) was completely full. After a bit of prodding I discovered the problem to be an ever growing CCV log file (see attachment). I didn’t close CCV properly before leaving, but I’m not sure if this justifies a log file that grows without bounds. Anyone else had this problem before?

Hi,

I had the same problem with CCV. I discovered that entire C drive was getting used up. I thought it was some kind of virus and blamed my friend. But then looking at the Task manager I found two instance of CCV running were running. Then I cleared the log folder and again unzipped the CCV folder.

Since then the problem has never occurred. I suspect the long running of the CCV software was the main cause.

i defragged my disk and found it was somehow 44% fragmeneted which didnt make sense, so i checked the files and i found a 68GB ccv log file.  once i deleted it my disk was only 3% fragmented.  Probably a good idea if someone fixes this.
