Hey. EndLighten is not very good with FTIR-setups and way to expensive for that anyway, since you dont need it. the only setup you will actually need Endlighten is DSI.
Have a look in the wiki section!

thank you for the reply.
i’m sorry, I not explained well my question…
I decided to build the multitouch --->SDI -----> with lcd monitor.
If doesn’t work well and if is it possible, i will transform it in FTIR --->maintaining the same plexiglas…
otherwise will replaced the Endlighten plexiglas.

...for now… neither.
I’m deciding wich to buy .
The first thing I have decided is to build the multitouch with Lcd via SDI.
therefore ,The Endlighten acrylic is the better choice…
but, if there possibility to change SDI in FTIR ( in simple mode) for experimented another way...it would not be bad !

for now i have this stuff :
- 100 Ir Led Osram 485 + resistors
- Lcd Asus vw222
- Philips webcam spc 900 ---> IR filter removed + IR band-pass filter
- Acrylic .... ?

you have to have Endlighten, if you go for DSI (Not SDI) and if you will need to experiment on FTIR, buy regular acrylic plus.

yes, do so smile and actually, you can do two - one DSI screen and one FTIR screen, but bear in mind, on FTIR, if you want to have good dragging, you need to make a compiliant surface over the acrylic, which will be not comfortable to touch without some more protections film over it. When I did my first FTIR table, I was using Projector and there was a Rosco Grey projections film on the top, over the silicon compliant layer, for LCD - projections surface is useless..
