Thanks h340,

That helps already but I now know what the real problem is. When I touch the bare acrylic it hardly see any blobs. Somewhere on this forum I read that there are tiny airholes in your fingers so I get the dreft window cleaner (because the acrylic was horrible dirty) and yes with some water or dreft windows cleaner I did get a perfect blob.

So I have to take the most important step bij now (I think), put some silicone on the surface.

I will post some image and video’s a long the way.

ps I use “Commandant Cleaner” for the crip clear sides of acrylic

New update. Today we made a nice stainless steel frame for around the acrylic. Tomorrow some video of assembly and peel of the plastic.  And some other photo’s of out other project. And of course my friend brambo on the lifeguard boat

Uhm the box is almost done. Some problems we ran into. We have a acer s1200 beamer and placed it straight up to the projectionscreen. Problem was that there was not enough room. The projected image fell off the screen. When we place the beamer in an angle there is much distortion that I can’t correct with the beamer properties.

Has anyone an id.

ps see picture’s the first 2 are with a correction of the beamer.
