How to load the Source files?

I Have flash player 8 with action script 3, when I download the source files there is nothing I can load on the flash. How do I do this Thanks

I think they may only work with flash player 9. Also, you need to enable the swf files to work in flash by setting the security settings. Right click the flash window, go to settings, then go to advanced. Now set the global security settings to be able to use the file.

I think i downloaded the wrong source codes because I cant find any .SWF files. I downloaded touchlib-src-win32 is that the right one?

I think you downloaded Touchlib. Not the flash files.

I only see .as that only open action script. then I see flash documents that doesn’t open with my flash profesional 8 so I can edit them. please help

Hey delt_o

The flash files(*.fla) have been saved in the Flash CS3 format. They would not open in Flash 8. I think you are getting a “unexpected file format” error message.
I am not sure if saving them in the Flash 8 format from CS3 would work - When I tried to save it , it said “Following data would be lost - actionscript 3”, which is needed to run these programs.

I would suggest you to get a copy of Flash CS3. If you are familiar with Flex Builder 3, you can also consider working in that.
