so I finished the display part of my FTIR setup, however I am having some issues with the throw distance of my projector.

The minimal distance between my size screen fro my projector has to be 65” or slightly larger due to keystone effects.

The area the projector covers at that distance is a image 35 1/2” by 26”, this is about the same area that can be projected on my screen.

I need to reduce the distance of my projector so that it is under my acrylic or close to under my acrylic. My screen now will be 30” off the floor, so this should reduce some of the throw distance (might increase to 35”, due to web cam) I attached a diagram of what i am talking about.

does anyone have any suggestions with mirrors or what-not.

well short throw lenses are not made for my projector (toshiba tdp-t9) but I think I may have lucked out, cuz it can project
from under a meter

“Projection Distance (m): 1.36 - 11.00m (4.5 - 36.1ft)
Picture Size (Diagonal): 0.88 - 6.46 (35 - 254")"

why to read manual:
a (min length) = projection size (inches)/25.3807
a (max length) = projection size (inches)/23.0947
a is the distance (m) between the lens and the screen, and corresponds to a range of
1.36 m to 11 m. H is the height from the image bottom to the center of the lens
