Acrylic (Polishing Acrylic Edges)
Projection Screen

Wire (any 0,5mm thick piece of electronical wire will do)
Projector
Webcam
IR pass filter
Compliant surface overlay (material yet unknown)
Frame (for example: aluminium/plastic/wood/nails/screws/glue/tape)
Different grits of sanding paper (for example 100 200 400 800, the higher the better, use in steps from low to high)
Silver or Copper polish
Rubbing Compound (Step 4)) This is the more coarse of the two paste compounds. Sold in most hardware stores...often in the cleaning supply area. Apply using a damp cloth against a wood block to keep edges as square as possible.
Polishing Compound (Step 5) Follow up with this paste compound as a final surface.
