View highpass
highpass is an important filter for doing Diffused Illumination. It attempts to remove the blurry parts of the image and leave the sharp parts. This leaves you with finger tips and anything else in close contact with your diffuser. It uses a pseudo highpass algorithm similar to photoshop’s highpass and several other operations such as blurring and OpenClose filtering.
